Preparation:
Strain the mozzarella and cut into slices. Clean and slice the zucchini. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Remove the rosemary leaves from the sprigs. Melt the MEGGLE butter with herbs. Cut 8 aluminium foil stripes (about 20cm wide); fold their edges upwards to form nests. Evenly divide the zucchini, tomatoes, mozzarella and rosemary into the nests, add salt and pepper and dot each with MEGGLE butter with herbs. Grill the nests on a pre-heated barbecue for 10-12 minutes.
For four servings:
250g mozzarella, 400g zucchini, 300g cherry tomatoes
2 sprigs of rosemary, 80g of original MEGGLE butter with herbs, salt, pepper
