
Kajmak is a milk product with a creamy soft consistency and with a little bit of a sour taste. It is produced by the process of the fermentation of milk fat, separated during the ‘cooking’ of raw milk. It is a really tasty product, perfect for preparing some traditional dishes.
The product is packed in 200g of glass with a transparent lid that protects the product from drying out and thus the product can be consumed on several occasions, but the same flavor and quality is preserved.
