MEGGLE Croatia employs about 250 employees of all levels of qualifications, skills and profiles. 56% of our workforce is between the age of 25 and 40 and 16% are university graduates.
In addition, most of our employees are employed in the departments of production;
maintenance, transport and the warehouses, where the work requires physical effort. Despite this, 31 % of our employees are women. Furthermore, 70% of top management personnel are women.
